2. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "Mosquito Plaf!" and/or "Tabernas Western" mobile games (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Games"), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, the user (hereinafter, "the User") accepts these Terms and Conditions, as well as: MH GAMES' Privacy Policy and the terms of use of the respective platforms (Google/Apple). If you do not agree to these conditions, you should not download, install, or use the Games.
3. License Agreement
MH GAMES grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to: Download and install the Games on compatible devices; Use them exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: Modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution is prohibited. Use for illegal purposes or infringing on the rights of third parties is prohibited.
4. Registration and Access
4.1 Access Modes: Guest/Anonymous Mode: No formal email registration is required. The Games may generate a silent anonymous account linked to your device to save progress and leaderboards. Users may voluntarily choose a display name for ranking purposes.
4.2 Minimum Age: Minimum age allowed: 13 years. Minors must have express authorization from their legal guardians. Access is prohibited for children under 13 years of age.
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Currency: The Games may include virtual currency (e.g., "Coins", "Gems") and digital items ("Items", "Horseshoes", "Skins"), which constitute user licenses and are not the property of the User. They have no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins and Items are non-refundable.
5.2 Payment Methods: Purchases are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. MH GAMES does not collect or store bank or payment details.
5.3 Refund Policy: In accordance with Article 103.m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download or consumption has begun. Refunds are subject exclusively to Apple and Google's policies.
6. Advertising
6.1 In-App Ads: The Games may display ads through platforms such as Google AdMob. These ads are necessary to offer the Games for free.
6.2 User Options: Users can disable ad personalization in their device settings.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the source code, graphics, music, designs, trademarks, and other content of the Games are the exclusive property of MH GAMES or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
8. Responsibilities
8.1 User Responsibilities: The User agrees to: Use the Games in accordance with the law and these terms. Not engage in fraudulent or abusive acts.
8.2 About MH GAMES: MH GAMES does not guarantee: The continuous or error-free availability of the Games. Compatibility with all mobile devices. MH GAMES is not liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Games. Loss of data or revenue.
9. Privacy Policy
This section describes the data that is collected and how it is used. MH GAMES does not collect or store personally identifiable information on its own local servers. Data collection is carried out by our trusted backend, analytics, and advertising partners.
9.1 Data Collected (Automatically by Partners)
When you use the Games, our partners (Google AdMob, Unity, and PlayFab) automatically collect certain information:

  • Device Identifiers: Including the Advertising ID (Google AAID or Apple IDFA) and unique Device IDs for silent login.
  • Device Information: Hardware model, operating system and version, language.
  • App Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Games, such as progress, levels, session duration, and interactions with ads.
  • Game & Cloud Data: Chosen in-game display names, leaderboard scores, virtual currency balances, and in-game inventory.
  • Connectivity and Location: IP address and approximate location (never precise GPS location) derived from the IP.

9.2 Purpose of Processing
The data is used for the following purposes:

  • Contract Performance & Cloud Saves: We use Microsoft PlayFab to create anonymous accounts, save your game progress securely in the cloud, manage virtual economies, and display public leaderboards.
  • Legitimate Interest (Analytics): We use Unity Analytics to understand how players use the game, identify bugs, and improve the user experience.
  • Consent (Advertising): We use Google AdMob to display ads. With user consent (obtained via the initial banner), this may include personalized ads. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

Consent for personalized advertising and analytics is requested upon launching the Games. Users can manage their preferences at any time.

9.5 User Rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (GDPR/LOPDGDD rights) by sending an email to: mosquitoplaf@gmail.com.
Additionally, users can disable ad personalization at the device level:

9.6 Data Retention
MH GAMES does not store users' personal data on its own servers. The retention of data collected by Google AdMob, Unity Analytics, and Microsoft PlayFab is governed by their respective privacy policies.
10. Child Protection (Important Notice)
These games are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have done so, we will take steps to delete it.
Note for Google Play: These applications must be set in the Google Play Console with a target audience of 13 years and older ("Not Targeted by Children"). If your app's target audience includes children, this privacy policy is invalid and will be rejected.
11. Modifications
MH GAMES may modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through an update in the app store or an in-game notification.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Murcia, Spain.
13. Data Security Statement (Google Play)
The information provided in this Privacy Policy serves as a complete declaration for the "Data Security" section required by Google Play. The data collected (e.g., Advertising ID, IP Address, Usage Data, Display Names, In-game scores) and shared (with Google AdMob, Unity Analytics, and Microsoft PlayFab) corresponds to what is stated in this policy and in the Play Console form.
14. Data Deletion Request
This section provides a link and describes the process for requesting data deletion in accordance with Google Play Store requirements.

14.1 Summary of Collected Data
It is important to understand that MH GAMES does not collect or store personally identifiable information on its own servers. Our applications use third-party services (SDKs) that collect data for their proper functioning:

  • Google AdMob: Collects data (such as Advertising ID and IP address) to display ads.
  • Unity Analytics: Collects data (such as Advertising ID and usage data) to analyze app performance.
  • Microsoft PlayFab: Collects in-game data (Device ID, chosen Display Name, scores, and inventory) to maintain player profiles and leaderboards.

We, as developers, do not have access to the raw personal information of a specific user, only to aggregated statistics and game profiles linked to an in-game name or Device ID.
14.2 Steps to Request Data Deletion
Since the data is held by our partners, the deletion process involves two methods:

  • Method A: Reset your Advertising ID (Recommended for Ads)

This is the fastest and most effective way to unlink your data from advertisers:

  1. Open your Android device's Settings.
  2. Go to Google > Ads.
  3. Tap "Delete Advertising ID."

By doing this, your old identifier is deleted, and the advertising data associated with it can no longer be linked to you.

  • Method B: Formal Email Request (For Cloud Saves & Analytics)

If you wish to delete your complete player profile (PlayFab) or analytics data (Unity), you can contact us directly so that we can manually erase your record from our partner dashboards:

  1. Send an email to: mosquitoplaf@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Game Name]"
  3. Important: Please include your exact in-game "Display Name" so we can locate and delete your profile from the cloud servers.

14.3 Deleted Data and Retention Periods

  • Data that is deleted: Following your request (Method B), we will permanently delete your player profile (name, scores, virtual currency) from PlayFab and initiate the deletion process with Unity Analytics. By using Method A, Google advertising data is instantly dissociated from you.
  • Data that is retained: Data that has already been fully anonymized and is used for aggregate statistics (e.g., "50% of players reached level 10") cannot be deleted as it is no longer considered personal. Our partners may retain certain data due to legal obligations, as described in their own policies.
